Ponomarev Shoves on Mateus
Level 10
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Nikolay Ponomarev raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Ricardo Mateus called from the big blind. The flop came Q♣8♠3♦ and Mateus check-called a bet of 1,500 from Ponomarev.
The 3♣ paired the board on the turn and both players checked to the 9♦ on the river. Mateus led out with a bet of 4,000 and Ponomarev jammed all in for around 25,000. Mateus quickly folded and Ponomarev pulled back his chips.
