Josep Valls opened to 500,000 from the cutoff and Jose Criado moved all in for 1,250,000 from the button. Gonzalo Mencia called from the big blind and Valls called as well.

Both players checked the flop and turn leading to a final board of A♣10♠5♥7♣J♥. Both Mencia and Valls checked once more.

Valls had 9♠9♥ for a pair of nines, Mencia had A♠K♥ for a pair of aces and Criado had 10♥10♦ for a set of tens to collect more than a full triple up.

The flop came 6♠8♥7♦. Valls checked and Criado bet 350,000. Valls check-raised to 850,000 and Criado made the call.

On the 2♠ turn Valls bet 1,200,000, leaving 2,175,000 behind. Criado once again made the call.

The river was the 5♠. Valls moved all in for 2,175,000 and Criado called.

Criado tabled A♠9♦ for a nine-high straight but Valls showed down 10♥9♥ for a ten-high straight to take down a sizable pot while Criado was left with just five big blinds.
