Alomar Wins with Bigger Kicker
Level 3
: 200/500, 500 ante
A player from the hijack opened to 1,000 and received calls from Jaume Alomar in the small blind and a player in the big blind.
All three players checked the 9♦3♣2♦ flop leading to the K♠ turn. Alomar checked, the big blind bet 2,000, the original raiser got out of the way and Alomar made the call.
Both players checked the 7♥ river. The big blind showed K♦5♦ for top pair and a missed flush draw. Alomar tabled K♣10♥ for top pair with a bigger kicker to take the pot.
