Fritz Makes a Loose Open
Level 24
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Scott Fritz opened to 160,000 from the cutoff with 5♣2♠ and Leo Jubien defended from the big blind.
The flop came 2♣9♦7♣. Jubien checked and Fritz bet 140,000. Jubien made the call.
Both players checked the 8♣ turn leading to the 3♣ river. Fritz' flush was no good against Jubien who had J♦10♣ for a higher flush to take the pot.
