Rares Butcaru Eliminated in 24th Place (€1,600)
Level 24
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
With Cristian Popescu all in for his last 2,000 chips, Rares Butcaru and Florin Elisei continued to the river of a board showing 2♦2♥4♠8♠3♦.
Action was on Elisei, who bet enough to put Butcaru all in. After some thought, Butcaru made the call and was shown the bad news.
Elisei showed 4♥4♦ for a flopped full house, while Butcaru could only show J♣J♦ and tapped the table on his way to the payout desk. Popescu joined, and the tournament was down to the final three tables.
