Harris Picks Up Aces Against Parker

Mindaugas Kurlenskas opened to 80,000 from middle position before James Parker moved all in for 185,000 from the small blind.

Brandon Harris then took some time in the big blind, asking for a count before committing his stack of 470,000. Kurlenskas got out of the way, leaving Parker at risk heads up.

Harris had Parker drawing thin, but the 4♦9♣Q♥ flop provided some hope. The 8♥ turn and 5♣ river were blanks, as Parker wished everyone good luck on his way to the payout desk.

Moments later, Min Ji was also eliminated at a nearby table.

Tang was looking for help but found none on the 4♣6♣A♥ flop. The dealer then flipped over the 5♥ turn, which provided some chop outs.

The table then reacted as the 3♠ hit the river, giving both players a straight to keep Tang alive.

Kurlenskas Gets Value from Todd

Mindaugas Kurlenskas opened to 65,000 in middle position and was called by Alex Todd in the hijack. The rest of the table folded and the dealer flipped over the 8♣J♥9♦ flop.

Kurlenskas continued for 60,000 and the call was made. Kurlenskas led out again on the 5♥ turn, this time for 125,000.

Todd took a moment before making the call. Another bet from Kurlenskas followed the 6♦ river, sliding out 275,000.

After using a time bank card, Todd stuck in the call. Kurlenskas slowly revealed 9♠9♣ for a flopped set of nines, good enough to take down a sizeable as Todd mucked.
