The turn was the 5♥ and Triolo moved all in for 230,000. Alvarez counted what was in the pot before calling.

Triolo showed A♥2♥ for a flush draw, while Alvarez had Q♥10♥ for two pair and his own flush draw. The 7♦ fell on the river and Alvarez held on to win the massive pot and send Triolo to the rail.
