Morris Walks Into Walker's Aces
Level 4
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Jamie Morris opened to 1,300 under the gun. Phillip Walker bumped it up to 3,000 in the hijack, and Morris called to the 6♦7♦3♣ flop. Morris checked before Walker continued for 2,500.
Morris tossed in more calling chips, after which the 6♣ turn was checked through. The 8♠ river saw Morris bet 13,000. Walker spent some time in the tank before he settled on a call.
Morris confidently tabled Q♥Q♣ for an overpair, but Walker had the preflop nuts with A♣A♦ and was awarded the sizable pot.
