Another Two Pair for Paiva
Level 26
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Terelle Tavares limped in from the small blind, and Vitor Paiva checked his option in the big blind.
Tavares checked the 4♥6♦9♦ flop over to Paiva, who bet 120,000. Tavares then raised to 375,000, seeing his opponent call.
The 10♦ turn made Tavares size up to 550,000. Paiva tossed in more calling chips, after which the A♥ river was checked to showdown.
Terelle had a pair of nines with 9♣7♥, but Paiva had been ahead the entire way with 10♥9♠ and was shipped another pot.
