"Trojanmouse" Scores Early Double Knock-Out

Level 2 : 20/40, 4 ante

After running into top two pair in the previous hand Germany's "b.szaszko" was left with just 641 chips. He put them at risk from middle position, before "trojanmouse" in the very next seat made the call. Finland's "MrBester" moved in over the top from the button, and "trojanmouse" called quickly.

"Trojanmouse": {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
"MrBester": {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}
"b.szaszko": {A-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

"Trojanmouse" was a hefty favorite to score the double knock-out, and with the board running out {2-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}, that was exactly what happened. 16 players still remain in this Champion of Champions Event.

Fabrizio "DrMiKee" Gonzalez Off to a Good Start

Level 1 : 15/30, 3 ante

"b.szaszko" opened the pot with a raise to 90 from under the gun, before "Ti0373" made it 279 total from the cutoff. Fabrizio "DrMiKee" Gonzalez four-bet to 528 from the very next seat, and while the blinds and "b.szaszko" all folded, "Ti0373" made the call.

The flop came down {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{J-Hearts}, and "b.szaszko" opted for a check-call of the 240 chips bet by Gonzalez.

The turn {9-Spades} was checked through before Gonzalez bet 300 on the {9-Clubs} river. "b.szaszko" made the call, but mucked his hand after being shown {K-Spades}{J-Spades} by Gonzalez.
