At 4:45 p.m. GMT, XL Eclipse #55 - $15,000 Breeze began and 411 players competed. They created a total prize pool of $20,550 with the first prize of $3,943.54. After almost eight hours, "Mondaq" was crowned as the winner. In the final heads-up, he defeated "mne_d0edet1" from Russia.

The XL Eclipse #57 - $20,000 Crocodile was a tournament for players with a bigger bankroll, with the buy-in of $160. In total, there were 207 players who competed in this event to get a prize pool of $31,050. The lion's share of this money went to Canada's "birdgamecray" who defeated Russian player "EyeofSkadi." For his victory, he received $6,676 while the runner-up had to settle for $4,813.

One of the biggest winners of Day 5 came from the XL Eclipse #59 - $50,000 R&A. In this tournament, players could buy in for $55 with the option to rebuy and add-on. In total, there were 453 players, 325 rebuys and 349 add-ons to create a total prize pool of $56,350.

The first prize of $10,707 went to Croatia's "F1SHRAP1ST" who was crowned the winner after seven hours and 44 minutes. "Kacak123" finished in second place for $7,889.

XL Eclipse #60 - $10,000 Mini R&A

The smallest winner of an event came from the XL Eclipse #60 - $10,000 Mini R&A. In this $5 event, Ukraine's "JekaSmolka" took the first place and received $2,249. Not bad for a buy-in of just $5.

XL Eclipse #62 - $100,000 Quarterback

At 8 p.m. GMT, the XL Eclipse #62 - $100,000 Quarterback started with each player receiving a starting stack of 10,000 chips. After 200 minutes of late registration, there were 456 players and 424 rebuys ($50 each). The prize pool was $112,400 with the first prize of $21,356.

After several hours, the tournament reached the final table. "B.Mitchell" ended in 10th place for $1,349. Every finalist secured themselves of $1,866 - the amount "RiLucas" received for his ninth-place finish. "chazcombas" and "luffEEE" busted in eighth and seventh place, receiving $2,529 and $3,653 respectively.

"vanGogh25" from Germany finished in sixth place for $4,777, while "joao_mathias" got $6,182 for fifth place. Czech Republic's "WorldIsOurs" received $8,767 after busting in fourth place and his fellow countryman "VARNTRAD" ended up in third place for $11,521.

The final heads-up between Sweden's "Inho" and Germany's "luckyr1ver" was won by "Inho" who secured himself of $21,356. The runner-up had to settle for $15,736.

XL Eclipse #65 - $15,000 Tornado

On Thursday, 167 players competed in the XL Eclipse #65 - $15,000 Tornado. They played for the first prize of $4,752 and after several hours, "SFilinkov " won the tournament. His fellow countryman "LeoFerran" finished in second place for $3,426.

Once again, it was a very busy day at the 888poker XL Eclipse Series.

In total, there were 13 events scheduled and they all played down to a winner. The highlight of the day, the Eclipse Event #47 - $50,000 8-Max, started at 8 p.m. GMT. Players competed for a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000. Other special events on Day 4 were scheduled after midnight, the XL Eclipse #52 - $20,000 Americas and the XL Eclipse #53 - $5,000 Turbo Americas.

XL Eclipse #41 - $15,000 Lightning 6-Max

Not for the first time this series, there was a $109 $10,000 Lightning 6-Max on the schedule. This time, there were 125 players who registered to create a total prize pool of $20,200. The first prize of $5,252 went to Swedish player "myhometown" who won the tournament after eight hours and 58 minutes.

XL Eclipse #43 - $15,000 Deepstack Swordfish

The XL Eclipse #43 - $15,000 Deepstack Swordfish attracted 732 players to get a prize pool of $20,130. The lion's share of this money, $3,694, went to Czech Republic's "Ladzsos" who was crowned the winner after 10 hours and 43 minutes of play. "aula11" from Belarus lost the final heads-up and finished in second.

XL Eclipse #44 - $20,000 Crocodile

On Day 4 of the XL Eclipse Series, "Triple_20" from the Czech Republic was one of the biggest winners. He took down the XL Eclipse #44 - $20,000 Crocodile and received the first prize of $6,160.

XL Eclipse #47 - $50,000 8-Max

The highlight of the day was the XL Eclipse #47 - $50,000 8-Max. In this event, 607 players paid the buy-in of $109 and there were 325 rebuys. That created a total prize pool of $93,200, almost doubling the guaranteed prize pool of $50,000.

In the end, it was Dutch player "RendOss" who was the strongest after defeating "ALLin_Ranger" in the final heads-up. The runner-up received $12,815 while "RendOss" secured himself of $17,428!

XL Eclipse #48 - $10,000 Mini 8-Max

The XL Eclipse #48 - $10,000 Mini 8-Max saw "Sizzlinbetta" defeat "wwwooon" from Ukraine in the final heads-up. He took the first prize of $3,503 while the runner-up received $2,498 for his result.

XL Eclipse #49 - $30,000 Wednesday Challenge

One of the biggest winners on Day 4 of the XL Eclipse Series came from the XL Eclipse #49 - $30,000 Wednesday Challenge. In total, 878 players competed in this event and they created a prize pool of $38,112. The lion's share of this prize pool went to Malta's "pAAdentr0" who took the victory. He received $6,860 after defeating Slovakia's "J10nutz" in the deciding heads-up.

XL Eclipse #50 - $15,000 Tornado

For United Kingdom's "Dontundersta" it was a pretty successful day. He defeated Germany's "SmilleThHero " in the deciding heads-up in the XL Eclipse #50 - $15,000 Tornado. He took the first prize of $4,393. The German had to settle for $3,056.

XL Eclipse #51 - $10,000 Turbo 8-Max

XL Eclipse #52 - $20,000 Americas

For the players in another time zone, 888poker organized the XL Eclipse #52 - $20,000 Americas. The tournament, with a buy-in of $160, started at 12:59 a.m. GMT and 83 players took their chances in this event. They paid for 59 rebuys to create a total prize pool of $21,300.

After just more than eight hours, when the sun was already up and shining in most countries, the tournament reached the final stages. Danish player "Mekaljevic" won the tournament and secured himself of the first prize of $5,858.

After an amazing start of the 888poker XL Eclipse Series with 16 events on Day 1, the series continued with 13 events on Day 2. Once again, a lot of winners were crowned on Monday when all tournaments were played out, and popular 888poker ambassador Parker Talbot fell just shy of winning his second tournament in as many days. Both of Talbot's deep runs have been streamed live on Twitch, so be sure to catch the stream again on Day 3.

The first winner of Day 2 was crowned in Event #17 of the series, the $15,000 Lightning 6-Max. There were 134 players competing for a prize pool of $21,400 with the first prize of $5,564. In the end, Chile's Nicholas "PKaiser" Fierro defeated his opponents and went on to win the tournament. In the deciding heads-up, he defeated Russia's "P0vorachivay " who had to settle for second place.

Next up was the $15,000 Breeze, Event #18 of the XL Eclipse Series, where 394 players registered to create a total prize pool of $19,700. British player "pokerdave128 " won the tournament and secured himself of the first prize of $3,780.

XL Eclipse #20 - $20,000 Crocodile

One of the biggest winners on Day 2 of the XL Eclipse Series was crowned in the XL Eclipse #20 - $20,000 Crocodile. Dutch player "Magicooo22" defeated a field with 201 players to receive the first prize of $5,154 after a three-way deal. Argentina's runner-up "germaxii" got a prize of $4,635 while third place finisher "harrrmonica" got $4,907 on his account.

XL Eclipse #21 - $15,000 Swordfish

XL Eclipse #22 - $20,000 Monsoon

Another big winner was crowned in the XL Eclipse #22 - $20,000 Monsoon. "LarsTheGreat" from Denmark secured himself of the victory and the first prize of $5,657.

XL Eclipse #23 - $15,000 Omaha

There wasn't only no-limit hold'em on Day 2 of the series because the XL Eclipse #23 was a $109 Omaha event. In total, 94 players competed in this tournament for the first prize of $3,900. In the end, Brazilian player "liincownz " received that first prize after defeating "B.Mitchell" in the heads-up.

XL Eclipse #25 - $10,000 Monday Royal

Another heads-up deal was made in the XL Eclipse #25 - $10,000 Monday Royal between "kkrotov" and "wdcimwdcm6". The latter received $2,092 for his second-place finish, while winner "kkrotov" secured $2,300.

XL Eclipse #26 - $10,000 Monday Flush

XL Eclipse #27 - $15,000 Tornado

Parker "888tonkaaaa" Talbot won an event of the XL Eclipse on Sunday, and one day later he almost wrapped up his second victory. In the XL Eclipse #27 - $15,000 Tornado he ended up heads up with "Romeopro33", a tournament regular from Ukraine. Romeopro33 won the heads up to deny Talbot his second title in two days.

Talbot had to settle for second place ($3,844) while the winner received a prize of $5,332.

XL Eclipse #28 - $15,000 Snap

The XL Eclipse #28 - $15,000 Snap needed 300 players to get the guaranteed prize pool of $15,000. Just 198 players registered so there was an overlay of $5,100. Russia's "F_Uuu" was the one who profited the most, winning the tournament for $3,225.

Sunday was a good day for tournament players. It marked the start of the latest edition of the 2017 XL Eclipse Series on the second largest online poker room, 888poker. On the first day of the series, 16 tournaments started. Here are the results.

After more than 13 hours of play, Event #7 - $160 XL Eclipse Opening Event finally crowned a winner. It was "ImTriggered" from Costa Rica who claimed the victory and the first prize of $58,270 after beating "Tsipras" in the deciding heads-up.

The event, with a buy-in of $160, saw 1,700 players register and those players made 600 rebuys to get a total amount of 2,300 players. They created a total prize pool of $345,000 with 207 places paid. It took a while to get to the money but in the end, it was "707089" from Lithuania who was the last player finishing empty-handed.

After making the money it took a long time before the tournament was down to the last nine. After 11 hours the remaining nine players made the final table and went on to play for a $58,270 first prize. Ukraine's "Ignatiik" left the final table pretty quick after losing a big hand with ace-queen against ace-jack. A few hands later he busted in ninth place for $3,726.

"GetLuckyAK" from Canada wasn't so lucky on this final table and in his last hand, he lost all of his chips with pocket eights against pocket nines. The Canadian finished in eighth place for $6,555. After that, British players "HindaKrush" and "Binkasaurus" got busted in quick succession, finishing in seventh and sixth place.

It took a while for the next bust out, but then it went quick. In just a few minutes, "LucySagara70" (fifth, $16,387), "I_R_BABOON" (fourth, $22,425) and "89Diamonds" (third, $31,740) were sent to the rail by chip leader "ImTriggered". Later mentioned started the deciding heads-up with a big chip lead against "Tsipras".

Finland's "Tsipras" fought hard to come back in this battle but in the end, it was Costa Rica's "ImTriggered" who took the first prize of $58,270.50.

XL Eclipse #7 - $300,000 Sunday Swordfish

XL Eclipse #1 - $30,000 Sunday Lightning

It wasn't the official opening event of the XL Eclipse Series, but the first event on the calendar was the XL Eclipse #1 - $30,000 Sunday Lightning. In total, 363 players competed in this event to create a prize pool of $52,900. Most of this money went to Russian winner "Lenochka83" who received $11,109.

XL Eclipse #3 - $30,000 Sunday Deepstack Swordfish

More than a thousand players played in the XL Eclipse #3 - $30,000 Sunday Deepstack Swordfish to get a prize pool of $35,805. Only one player could be crowned as a winner and it was Slovakia's "ivljanin" who conquered the final table and received $6,086 for his victory.

XL Eclipse #4 - $150,000 Mega Deep

Niklas "tutten7" Astedt was one of the biggest winners on the first day of the XL Eclipse Series. The Swede defeated a field of 732 players and secured himself of the first prize of $28,050. Runner-up "JohnFoot" received $20,250 for his second place.

XL Eclipse #5 - $40,000 Mini Mega Deep

One of the smaller events on the first day of the series was the XL Eclipse #6 - $20,000 Sunday Swordfish. This tournament was won by Mexico's "gaingrapes" who received the first prize of $3,626.

XL Eclipse #8 - $50,000 Mini Opening Event

The lowest buy in on Day 1 was the XL Eclipse #8 - $50,000 Mini Opening Event with just $12 to compete. In total, 4,394 players registered for this tournament to create a prize pool of $64,942.20. The lion's share of this money went to "Tatko3" who defeated "Naik10" in the deciding heads-up. He received the prize of $9,091 while the runner-up had to settle for $6,818.

XL Eclipse #9 - $45,000 Sunday Monsoon

XL Eclipse #10 - $250,000 Whale

The biggest winner on Day 1 of the XL Eclipse Series was crowned in the XL Eclipse #10 - $250,000 Whale. Players paid their buy in of $1,050 to compete in this tournament and in total 317 players created a prize pool of $317,000. Germany's "CllsDntMttr" was the luckiest (and strongest) of all and he got himself the first prize of $64,826.50.

Runner-up "KimberSlice" couldn't complain about his prize of $47,550 while third place finished "Biack88" received $35,821 for his result.

XL Eclipse #11 - $100,000 Sunday Challenge

Another big win for the Germans came in the XL Eclipse #11 - $100,000 Sunday Challenge. "iCrushU556" defeated a field of 788 players to take the first prize of $20,252. In the final heads-up, he defeated Brazil's "FellipeD92" who settled for second place ($14,620.50).

XL Eclipse #12 - $30,000 Sunday Tornado

None other than Parker "888tonkaaaa" Talbot also took one of the first XL Eclipse-titles of the year. In the XL Eclipse #12 - $30,000 Sunday Tornado, he came out on top of a field of 206 players. For this result, he received the first prize of $6,450.

XL Eclipse #13 - $50,000 Turbo Mega Deep

In the XL Eclipse #13 - $50,000 Turbo Mega Deep, Canada's "p000cket000" won the tournament after a heads-up deal with "Satchless". He secured himself of a prize worth $10,647.99 while the runner-up received $9,729.51 after busting in second place.

XL Eclipse #14 - $20,000 Mini Turbo Mega Deep

XL Eclipse #15 - $30,000 Turbo Opening Event

In the Turbo edition of the Opening Event, 427 players paid the buy in of $55. "RakDoll" wouldn't regret his choice because it was him winning the tournament of the first prize of $5,047.29 after making a deal with his heads-up opponent "tTtexa" from Ukraine.
