Sunday is Special for 888poker Millions Superstorm
The 888poker Millions Superstorm is well underway with two weeks worth of events already in the books. There's $8 million in prizes guaranteed across the series, and on deck for this Sunday is the 888Millions Sunday Special with the third running of the $100K guaranteed marquee event.
Two weeks ago, Fabrizio "DrMiKee" Gonzalez from Uruguay took this one down after besting a field of 311 entries with 91 rebuys, and banked almost $20K for his effort. Then last week, it was Romanian "777ibi" who bagged the $19,350 top prize after making their way through a field of 355 entries and 102 rebuys.
For $215, players start the day with 50,000 chips and will play 12 minute levels through the day. Players can register late for up to 210 minutes, and during that time, players who lose all their chips can opt to rebuy up to three times for another 50,000 chips.
