"Maichidon7" Wins 888Poker Millions Superstorm Event #3 for $45,250

"Maichidon7" from Russia was the player with all the chips when the final table of the $250,000 guaranteed Event #3 of the 2022 888Poker Millions Superstorm. They made their way through 973 total Day 1 players, and 147 returning players on Day 2 to come into the final table with the middle stack of about 1.2 million.

Both Day 2 and Day 3 were lightning-fast affairs, with the second day finishing in a bit more than 3 hours, and the final table lasting barely 90 minutes. Brazil's "khalifaa00" started the day with the most chips, but the best they could do was fifth, and fourth place ended up going to the second stack to start the day, "oldfandango".

"bigish" Eliminated in 2nd Place ($32,500)

Level 39, Blinds: 50,000/100,000 (12,500)

Heads-up play was very short, lasting just a couple of hands. "Maichidon7" came into the final stage with about a two to one lead, and it all came down to a hand where the money went in before the flop.

"Maichidon7" raised pre-flop, then called when "bigish" shoved.

"bigish": {a-Spades}{4-Clubs}
"Maichidon7": {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

"bigish" was slightly ahead when the money went in, but after the {q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{4-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades} board, "Maichidon7" had all the chips with a pair of tens, and "bigish" was out in 2nd.
