Christopher Smith Wins Event #1: $300 No-Limit Hold’em ($40K GTD)
Level 2
: 100/200, 200 ante
The $550 Main Event at Jamul Casino may be the capstone tournament of the Ante Up Poker Tour stop, but it isn’t the only event that’s taken place. There have been a slew of side tournaments, and we thought we’d take a quick look at each.
For instance, in the Ante Up Sweetwater Series Event #1: $300 No-Limit Hold’em ($40K GTD), 158 runners created a $41,080 prize pool.
That was paid out to the top 20 players, and some of those to cash but fall short of the final table were Charles Fisher (10th - $965), Daniel Lujano (12th - $965), Mark Feinberg (15th - $832), Neil Rodvold (18th - $702), and Joung Kim (20th - $575).
The tournament ended in a four-way deal that saw Christopher Smith deemed the winner for $7,977.
