Event #3: $100 NLH 8-Max Ends in 7-Way Deal

The $550 Main Event at Jamul Casino may be the capstone tournament of the Ante Up Poker Tour stop, but it isn’t the only event that’s taken place. There have been a slew of side tournaments, and we thought we’d take a quick look at each.

For instance, in the Ante Up Sweetwater Series Event #3: $100 NLH 8-Max, 101 entrants took to the felt and created a $8,080 prize pool. That was paid to the top 13 players, and among those to cash without making the final table were Tavish Margers (10th - $225), Aaron Knapp (11th - $205), Andrew Mittman (12th - $205), and Joshua Neil (13th - $205).

The tournament ended in a seven-way deal that saw six players lock up $876 apiece, while the overwhelming chip leader, Timothy Bresien, took the title and $1,510 in prize money.
