Hevad Khan
Hevad Khan
Hevad Khan is a name we haven't mentioned much today. He recently made an aggressive move and paid the price. He raised to 550 from middle position, only to have the player on his immediate left reraise to 1,400. That folded everyone else in the hand. With action back on Khan, he wasted no time in making it 4,550 to go, a bet that would put his opponent all in.

"Poor timing on my part," said Khan's opponent as he called all in for 3,600 and opened {A-Spades} {J-Spades}. It wasn't the worst timing; Khan showed {10-Hearts} {10-Diamonds}.

"Don't worry, I never win flips," said Khan. He was right this time, at least, as the board ran out {6-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {A-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {4-Spades} to make a pair of aces for his opponent and knock him down to about 9,000.
