Schreiber Calls Down Tasaka

Yoshihiro Tasaka and Dan Schreiber have just gone to war in an interesting pot. They both saw a flop of {4-Diamonds}

where Tasaka led out for 15,000. Schreiber made the call.

and again Tasaka decided 15,000 was the right amount for his bet. Schreiber again made the call.

The river landed the {6-Clubs}

and Tasaka counted out the magical number of 15,000 and splashed them into the pot defiantly. Schreiber shrugged his shoulders and made the cheap call.

Tasaka paused but Schreiber waited for him to reveal his cards. Tasaka flipped {A-Hearts}

for just ace-high as Schreiber revealed {8-Spades}

for the best hand. Tasaka slips to 220,000 while Schreiber is now looking dangerous as he sets himself for back-to-back APPT Seoul final tables with around 240,000 chips.
