We haven't had much from Phil Ivey today, but that's mostly because it's just been a raise-and-take-it kind of day for Ivey. No one's really wanted to mess with him. Here's an example of that.
Action folded to Wendy Monosky and she raised to 3,000. Play then moved over to Ivey in the small blind. He reraised to 8,000. After the big blind folded, Monosky tossed in her cards and Ivey won the pot.

David Steicke is sitting in furthermost corner of the tournament area and a quick glance toward his direction will show that he is currently sitting behind one of the biggest stacks in the room. We caught a recent hand which added to his mammoth stack.
Steicke was in the big blind when a player from under the gun opened the pot. The rest of the players at the table got out of the way before Steicke made the call from the big blind.
