Steicke Moving Back Up

David Steicke has just gobbled up some much needed chips and we caught the action on the turn with the board showing {10-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} .

Steicke led on the turn for 84,000 and this is when Danny Park moved all in. Steicke thought for only a second before making the call and turning over {q-Diamonds} {10-Spades} . Park held {j-Hearts} {j-Diamonds} and would see those cards hit the muck as the {7-Clubs} completed the board on the river.

Overnight chipleader, Nathaniel Seet is one of the latest players to hit the rail. Seet never gained much momentum today and lost the majority of his stack when he bluffed on a board containing four hearts and couldn't get his opponent to fold {a-} {a-} . Seet was out a few hands later.

Shane Dye checked the {9-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {7-Spades} {10-Diamonds} board to Jeff Rossiter. He bet 61,000. Dye made the call and the dealer landed the {5-Spades} on the river. Dye checked and Rossiter fired 166,000. Dye tanked for a bit with 466,000 behind. He then made the call.

Rossiter rolled over the {A-Spades} {7-Diamonds} for trip sevens. Dye mucked his hand in disgust and sent over the chips.

Barrett Battles to Double

Josh Barrett has just managed a double-up and PokerNews was there to catch all the action.

The play started with two limpers coming into the pot before Barrett moved all in for 193,000 from the dealer button. At this point the big blind player called and the two limpers got out of the way.

When the flop fell {2-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} , it was looking bleak for Barrett, however, the {q-Clubs} hit the turn it was good for Barrett as the river bricked out and he took down the hand.
