Brett Chalhoub could be seen walking to the exit door just a few moments before the rest of the room went on their breaks and with his seat having no ships in front of it we managed to get the details of his bust-out hand.
Chalhoub opened preflop to 300 and was raised by Koray Turker in th big blind to 1,100. Chalhoub then made it 3,000 at which point Turker quickly splashed the pot with a stack of 5,000 denomination chips- enough to put his opponent all-in. Chalhoub snap-called the rest of his stack off and the two players turned their hands over.

When the board ran out , the ten on the flop would ensure Turker increased his stack yet again, with his aggressive style paying off early in a similar fashion to that of last months Melbourne APPT event.

The antes have now kicked in at the Queenstown APPT, with blinds staying at 100/200 but now with a 25 chip ante.
It's not all about the poker when it comes to the APPT, and that statement has never had more truth here in New Zealand, with Lynn Gilmartin below showing us all the beautiful Queenstown location has on offer.
When our reporter came to the table, the board was showing and Joseph Allis had a 5,000 denomination chip out in front of him and with the action on Ryan Hong.
Hong would opt for the raise, making it 11,400 to Allis. When Allis made the call the would land on the river.
This time Allis checked and sent the action to Hong who shoved his stack all in. When Allis insta-called, Hong was already up and out of his seat, mucking his hand when Allis turned over for the flopped nut-flush.

PokerStars Qualifier Michael Davy is the latest victim of Koray Turker, his demise coming when the action played out like so.
Play was folded around to Turker on the button and he opened for 500. Davy then made it 1,500 from the big blind and Turker four-bet to 3,600. A call from Davy would see the flop land .
Davy checked the action to Turker who flicked out 12,000. Davy then moved his remaining 19,000 in the middle and Turker made the call.

The top-pair for Davy was ahead of Turker's open-ended straight draw, but when the landed on the turn it was all over for Davy as Turker continues his domination on home felt.
