Hiroyoshi Yorioka wanted to open to 1,200 but instead of catching a pink T1,000 chip, he grabbed a yellow T5,000 chip. His raise was for 5,200, more than ten big blinds for the current level, and he let the table know that this wasn't his intention.

Phua Loses Flip From Gonzales
