Warhurst No More After Costly Blind Battle
Level 11
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
The completed board showed J♣6♥2♥3♦3♠ and there were some 31,500 in the middle. Jin Woo Kim in the small blind bet 32,000 with 38,500 behind. Julian Warhurst then pushed all-in with the marginally covering stack and Kim asked for a count to determine if he was covered or not.
Once that was taken care of, Kim called by tossing in a single chip. Warhurst tabled the 4♠2♣ and Kim doubled for 65,500 with the A♥J♠. Down to fewer than three blinds, Warhurst was eliminated shortly after.
