Phil Ivey opened to 2,500 from the button and Patrik Antonius made the call from the big blind to see a 
flop.
Ivey fired a continuation-bet of 4,000 on the flop with Antonius making the call.
The turn of the 
saw Ivey continue for 11,000 with Antonius taking his full measure of time before making the call as the 
completed the river.
Both players checked as Ivey waited for Antonius to table his hand.
"You going to show?" asked Ivey.
"You have to show first!" added Antonius.
Ivey then turned to the dealer, "Who shows first?"
