James Bord raised it up to 5500, and Billy "The Croc" Argyros moved all in for his last 8,500. Nikolay Evdakov then put his sunglasses on and moved all in himself. This sent Patrik Antonius into the tank. He could possibly send us to a final table with a double knockout. His facial expression went from clearly folding, to "lets do this," to "maybe not," to "ok I'll fold". Bord folded as well, and Croc flipped over pocket Kings. They were well ahead of the Russian's , and they would stay ahead with the board coming .
The Croc is still short with around 23,000, but he's in better shape than before. Oh, and he's quieted down a lot as well. The cocktail server must have taken off for the night.
Patrik Antonius made it 6,000 to go and Billy Argyros moved all in. After some deliberation, Antonius, said "I have to call," and tossed in the chips, turning over . Argyros tabled .
The board ran out and Argyros added a little more to his stack, and now sits at 44,000.
Even though the players have very few big blinds, the play has tightened up considerably since returning from break. A quick raise seems to be enough to take down most of the pots preflop.
The blinds are certainly forcing the action, but we've yet to see any final fireworks.
James Bord just offered Billy "The Croc" Argyros $10,000 to drink four shots of Tequila. He's accepted, but there seems to be some difficulty in getting the shots to the table and in front of the camera. Bord stated "it's good value to make sure he wouldn't throw up on the table."
