The flop came 9♦7♣2♣ and Kee led out for 400,000, which Lees called to watch the 8♠ hit the turn. Kee again bet 400,000 and Lees made 1,600,000. Kees snap-shoved for 3,900,000, and Lees called off his stack of 3,400,000.

Lees had drilled a set on the turn and was on the brink of a double-up, but did need to fade any jacks or tens on the river in order to do so.
"No gamble, no future," shouted Kee, his trademark phrase, but it never worked as the 9♣ fell on the river, leaving him with just a few big blinds.
