The river fell 
and Walters fired for a third and final time, tossing a 1,000-chip onto the felt. His opponent thought for about 20 seconds and then matched the bet, taking the hand to showdown.
"I filled up," said Walters, tabling 
for the full house. His opponent acknowledge and mucked, earning Walters the pot.
