Set Over Set Sends Out Taylor
Level 18
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Frank Lagodich raised to 25,000 from the cutoff and both Jason Min in the small blind and Samuel Taylor in the big blind called.
The flop rolled out 6♦4♣3♦ and action checked around to Lagocich who bet 50,000. Min raised to 155,000 and Taylor jammed for 306,000 to see only Min call.
Samuel Taylor: 3♥3♣
Jason Min: 4♠4♦
Both players had flopped sets and it was Taylor looking to improve to quads. No help came to Taylor on the runout of 8♣K♥ and he took his leave from the tournament.
