Lagodich, Altieri, and Cannuli Lead Day 3 of Big, Big Championship
From a starting field of 519, just 19 players remain in contention for the title in Event #10: $5,300 Big, Big Championship out here at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The lion's share of the $3,000,000 prize pool is left to play for here today, with all eyes fixated on the $538,640 yet to be awarded to first place.
Poker pro Frank Lagodich (2,250,000) leads the field, looking to add another prestigious title to his hendon mob resume. He is flanked on the podium by Julian Altieri (1,880,000) and WSOP bracelet winner Thomas Cannuli (1,745,000). Three of the BetMGM qualifiers have advanced to the final day in the forms of Tyler Hirschfeld (1,610,000), Sanat Mehrotra (1,300,000), and Lucas Bernui (1,650,000). A stacked field of poker legends remain as Paul Volpe (980,000), Brock Wilson (950,000), Myles Mullaly (805,000), and 2017 WSOP Main Event Champion Scott Blumstein (675,000) all sit ready to make a deep run.

Play will resume tomorrow at 12:15 pm, with play resuming at Level 21. Blinds will be 15,000/25,000, with a 25,000 big blind ante and every level will last one hour. A 15-minute break is set to occur at the conclusion of every two levels, with a 75-minute dinner break scheduled to occur at the conclusion of Level 26. A winner is set to be crowned tomorrow and play will continue until just one remains.
Reporting will be on a 30-minute delay to sync up with the livestream.
