Altieri Takes From Roesel
Level 21
: 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Dale Roesel raised to 50,000 from under the gun and Julian Altieri three-bet to 130,000 in the cutoff. Action folded back to Roesel who four-bet to 220,000 and Altieri called.
Roesel continued for 120,000 on the flop of K♦J♥J♦ to see Altieri call.
Both players checked the turn Q♥ to the river 10♥ where Roesel checked over to Altieri who bet 500,000.
"I think you have kings," Roesel muttered to himself as he looked back at his cards. After thinking aloud a little bit longer, he released his hand to see Altieri's stack climb to over two million.
