Event 3: You Gotta Have Faith

James Woods just shipped a chunk of change across the table, with Daniel Molhall the recipient of a well-timed double up.

The flop read {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} when we caught the action, with a bet of 14,200 pushed in front of Molhall's stack. Woods decided to put Molhall to the test, raising to 40,000 even, and after asking the dealer to pull in the bets Molhall moved all in for 42,800 more.

Woods shrugged and announced a call, turning over the {j-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for top pair, but Molhall had him outkicked with his {K-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

When the {k-Spades} dropped in on the turn, the pot was awarded to Molhall, and after a meaningless {4-Spades} on the river, he moved to just over 200,000 late on Day 1 of this event.

Molhall made sure to let us know that his wife Faith was at home following along with the PokerNews updates, so if you're out there Mrs. Molhall, sleep easy knowing your man is still alive and kicking.
