Patient Reslock Finds Aces in the Hole

After a min-raise to open the pot from Jared Jaffee, veteran tournament player Chris Reslock finally made his stand after grinding a short stack for the last few orbits.

Jaffee asked for a count before making a reluctant call with , and sure enough Reslock revealed the to put a hammerlock on the hand.

The flop came down and by the time the turn fell Jaffee had already turned his cards face down and tossed them into the muck. The meaningless river card came to make things official, and with that Reslock rebounded from the danger zone to give himself a chance to continue the grind.
