In one of the last hands of the previous blind level a player raised to 45,000 and Naveen Chettipally called.
Ramy Guirguis defended his big blind and they went three handed to the 
flop.
It checked to the original raised who bet 65,000 and Guirguis check-raised to 200,000. Naveen Chettipally moved all in for 450,000 and the late position player folded.
Guirguis called turning over 
and Chettipally showed . The turn and river were no help to Chettipally who was eliminated in Guirguis vaults to the top of the chip counts.
