Event #22: $440 Black Chip Bounty
Day 1 Started
Since the Fall Poker Open has two extra days this year, we get two extra trophy events. Today's one day trophy event is a new one: Event #22: $440 Black Chip Bounty NLH.
Players start with 25,000 chips and there is an optional dealer toke $5 add-on to get 5,000 extra chips. All levels are 30 minutes long and late registration and unlimited re-entry are possible until the start of Level 11 (about 4:45 p.m.).
Each player has a $100 bounty on their tournament life — their black chip goes to the player who takes their last tournament chip.
There is no defending champion since this is a new event. It's a one day tournament, so they'll play until a new BFPO winner is found.

There are many familiar faces in today's Black Chip Bounty event.
A couple of those are seated next to each other. Larry O'Halloran made the final table of the PLO/8 event earlier in the series, finishing second for $4,570*.
She Lok Wong is on his left and he has already cashed twice in this BFPO. He finished 27th in the Kick-Off for 3,299, then in the Championship event finished 42nd for $5,576 just yesterday.

Sheree Bykofsky is seated to the left of Bobby "The Professional" Cheung and it's probably a good thing she brought her ear muffs.
