Walter Writt Jr and Jennifer Ames moved all of their chips into the middle, with Ames having a slight chip advantage as the players tabled their hands.
Writt Jr turned over a pair of ladies and was well ahead of the ace-jack of Ames. The board rolled out ace-high and shifted the lead to Ames who took down the pot with her spiked ace, sending Writt Jr out the door.

Pamela Dunleavy moved the rest of her stack into the middle with ace-five of clubs and was called by Rich Lahey, holding ace-ten. The flop came down with two tens and the rest is history as Lahey took down the pot, eliminating Dunleavy from the tournament.
During the same time, Timothy Little took an exit as he fell victim to Jennifer Ames who now has a healthy-sized stack.

The bubble has now popped as two players were eliminated in the same hand but at different tables. The two that were eliminated will be splitting the $694 that was intended for 18th place.
Just moments after Walter Writt Jr lost most of his stack, he found an all in spot on the bubble with

A player limped the small blind and Howard Schuman raised to 30,000 from the big blind. The small blind player moved all in for around 42,000 and Schuman called, saying "I'm embarrassed that I have to show this," as he smiled.
