With 160 entries in the second level of the day, the tournament is halfway there to equalling the numbers this event attracted in 2018. With 10 levels of late registration and reentry possibilities, the tournament is cruising to surpass last year's numbers.
Maurice Hawkins has been spotted in the field, the 14-time WSOP Circuit Ring winner has taken his seat to try and claim his first BWPO in this tournament.
He raised to 300 from under the gun and was called by the players in the late position and the button but the player in the small blind three-bet to 1,900 which only Hawkins called.
The flop came for Hawkins' opponent to continue with a bet of 3,000 which was enough to get a fold from Hawkins.
