The player in the middle position raised to 500 and Patrick Serda three-bet to 1,500 from the hijack. Action folded back to the initial raiser who made the call.

The flop came {9-Spades}{j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}, Serda's continuation-bet of 1,500 was check-called.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds}, Serda fired another bet of over the line, this time for 3,000 and was check-called again.

The river completed the board with the {8-Hearts} and Serda's opponent checked for the last time. Serda barreled another bet into the pot, 4,000 was the way to go and he got called again. Serda tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} for two pair to scoop the pot as his opponent mucked his hand.
