$2,100 Bounty Event
Day 1 Started
As Day 2 of the $5,300 The Return plays out as part of The Return - A Borgata Championship Event, Day 1 of the $2,100 Bounty Event will commence at 3 p.m. local time as players look to become the next big bounty winner here in Atlantic City.
There have already been plenty of bounty winners after the $2,200 Mystery Bounty event, which featured $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 bounties, as well as a single $250,000 bounty that remained in play up to the final table before finally being drawn by Ryan Dodd. Rodd is continuing his hot streak and currently sits with a big stack in Day 2 of The Return.
While there won't be any five or six figure bounties in play in this event, players will have the opportunity to pick up a $1,000 bounty per elimination.
Players will start with 30,000 chips and blinds at 100/100/100. The first eight levels will be 30 minutes long and all levels after that will be 40 minutes. Day 1 will play through Level 15 and a dinner break will be provided, as well as 15-minute breaks after levels 4 and 8 and then every three levels. Late registration will remain open through the end of Level 8.
Day 2 is scheduled to play to a winner as it gets underway on Jan. 7 at 1 p.m. local time.
Be sure to stay tuned as PokerNews is on-site here in Atlantic City and will be covering all of the bounty action.
