Pedro Neves

Pedro Neves raised it up from the cutoff and Eder Campana three-bet to 11,000 out of the small blind. Neves responded with a four-bet shove and Campana called off his stack of around 85,000.

Eder Campana: A10
Pedro Neves: 33

The table was surprised to see both hands but the flop of J53 put Neves well out front with a set of threes. The 2 on the turn gave Campana some hope but the 8 bricked out on the river. Neves stacked the chips and now sits among the leaders.

It turned out to be a coin flip and the flop of Q76 favored Betbese with the pair of jacks. The 10 on the turn gave his opponent a couple of extra outs but the 5 on the river was a clean runout for Betbese to double up.

Next door, Parker Talbot took his seat for the first time and was quickly engaged in some friendly conversations with his tablemates.
