Platinum Casino Restaurant

One of the perks we have heard players rumble about is the food at the Platinum Casino restaurant where for three-times per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) players can eat as much as they wish for just €2.

Platinum Casino pitboss Miroslav Iliev also shared that while the buffet is running dinner until around 11 p.m. today, at any other time during the day, players can still visit the restaurant and order from a selection of inexpensive options from the menu.

New Player at Feature Table

We promise not to give any spoilers on the feature table since you can watch the stream live by clicking on the Live Stream tab. However, in some small news, a new player joined the feature table. The reason it isn't a spoiler is that he isn't taking the place of anyone else as 50-year old Bulgarian businessman Jordan Arnaudov joins the action in the previously empty seat 1.

Player Bios for the Second Feature table for Day 1

The second feature table of the day, a €2/€5 no-limit hold'em affair just kicked off. Broadcasting should begin at around 9:15 p.m with players on a 20-minute delay.

Here is a look at some of the players on the latest feature table.

Bulgaria's Maksim Petrov in seat 2 is a self described business man. He isn't new to Platinum Casino as earlier in the month he appeared in ninth place in the Platinum Poker Cup Bounty Event for €213. While this cash isn't quite even a full buy-in of what he is playing, he shared he is not nervous to appear on the feature table. Petrov also shared he has played much higher stakes in the past including action at €25/€50.

United Kingdom's Jack Fenton in seat 3 has been playing online and live poker for two years. Additionally, he has appeared at multiple Cash Game Festival stops including the last one in Malta. Due to playing on the feature table in the past, the 21-year old professional poker player seems far from nervous and said he hopes to "flip the first hand."

Estonia's Janar Kokk in seat 4 is another Cash Game Festival. He appeared on the feature table in Malta, and shared he is not nervous and he expects things to be "easy."

Brendon Krabill in seat 5 was just announced the last feature table and now will get into the action for the next one. Originally from Texas, he has called London his home the past couple of years. He plans to play semi-aggressively on the feature table.

Finland's Jarkko Selander in seat 7 has been playing poker professionally since 2007. While he does have a bit of experience, most of it is online. He shared that he is a little nervous to appear on the feature table and doesn't have a special strategy.

Bulgaria's Fahredin Mustafov in seat 8 has been playing poker for five years. While he has never attended a Cash Game Festival in the past, he has played as high as €25/€50 in the past.

Kalle Fagerstrom, who was on the previous feature table, quickly hopped into the €1/€3 game and was looking for something with a little more action and hopped back on the feature table in seat 9, the same seat he had before.

Six Tables and Growing

There are now six tables running, and there will be at least seven once the television table kicks off. The Platinum Casino poker room manager shared that the peak times on a Wednesday are typically around 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. and that he wouldn't appears confident there will be more than 10 tables of action shortly.

New Feature Table Setting Up

Cash Game Festival Feature Table
Cash Game Festival Feature Table

While you can still watch the end of the action on the first feature table by clicking on the Live Streaming tab, the second table which will be at €2/€5 no limit hold'em is being set-up.

A couple of players freshly off the first feature table shared the action for the most part was pretty tight with some exceptions. Guts.com player Kalle Fagerstrom shared his disappointment to walk away down €700 during his first run, immediately hopped on a nearby €1/€3 table with renewed spirits to compete against a table full of players including Cash Game Festival co-founder Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk.

We also quickly caught up with SlotsMillions.com player Maret Komarova, who walked away fairing a little better Fagerstrom with a €70 profit. Komarova agreed that players were typically playing tight, however, she added that there was at least one player that was visibly playing aggressively and that since she was unable to see the mucked cards it is possible the play was looser than she thought.

Omaha Table Opens

A flurry of players just flocked into the poker room. The poker room manager just opened up three new tables including a €5/€5 Omaha table.

Including this table, the festival has reached five tables and the action should be getting bigger as the night moves on.

New Table

The €1/€3 no-limit hold'em game ended, however, many of the players joined in on the action on a new table with higher stakes of €2/€5.
