Aspers Casino poker ambassador Peter Cabby Burgon left the televised feature table and is now in the broadcasting booth with Cash Game Festival host Brandon Allen.
Well-known poker blogger and commentator Marc Convey recently embarked on a new media consultancy business venture with his partners James Beer and Jason Riahi.
The business partners were already in the neighborhood and decided to have a little fun on a £1/£1 no-limit hold'em table.
The second feature table of the day just kicked off. Players are playing no-limit hold'em with blinds at £2/£5. You can watch the action commentated by Brandon Allen on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel or here on PokerNews.
The action for the £2/£5 no-limit hold'em feature table is expected to be big with just about everyone buying in for at least £1,000 and a couple of players buying in for around £2,000 and more.
United Kingdom software developer who asked to be referred to as just Jason sits in Seat 1. He bought in for £1,600 and shared his favorite hand is jack-eight offsuit.
Poland's Michael Kiela is in Seat 2 and shared he is "nervous as hell" about the appearing on the feature table despite playing poker for about a decade and this not being his first televised poker table.
United Kingdom IT professional Eric Le Goff is in Seat 3 and he also played on the feature table yesterday.
Bulgaria's Nikolay Bibov in Seat 4 was the only player not to buy into the game for at least 200 big blinds with £650 in front of him when the first cards were dealt. Bibov's favorite hand is ten-eight offsuit.
Jack Fenton is one chair over in Seat 5. Fenton supports himself through poker and has now attended six straight Cash Game Festivals. He earlier shared that he will be going to Cash Game Festival Slovenia in a couple of weeks and hopes to hit each of the at least 10 festivals this year.
France's [Removed:16] in Seat 6 bought in for the deepest stack of £2,500. The 20-year old has been playing poker since he turned 18 and shared he is not nervous about appearing on the feature table.
Shah Raza in Seat 7 is an Aspers Casino regular and rounding the table out in Seat 8 is Romania's Gabriel Tuna, who appeared on yesterday's feature table.
The Cash Game Festival has now set a new record for 2017 with 22 tables. The overall record for a Cash Game Festival was also in London in 2016 when 28 tables were running simultaneously.
Here is a breakout of the action currently running:
Last night there was a Sviten Special table that lasted past 6 a.m. that featured Cash Game Festival co-founder Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk and Cash Game Festival regulars Jack Fenton and Peter La Terra.
Cash Game Festival project manager Andro Loos just announced to the poker room that there are two Sviten Special fishes that are looking for a Sviten Special game to open up. He was referring to two of the better players in the game including La Terra and Cash Game Festival CEO Andreas Roseborg.
Fenton, who recently doubled up his £1,000 buy-in on the feature table temporarily stood up before sitting back down once he saw who the two players were. He shared with PokerNews earlier today that he wanted to play Sviten Special again tonight, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him playing once the feature table action ends.
