There are currently five tables of cash games running at Casino Malta by Olympic Casino including three no-limit hold'em tables, one pot-limit Omaha table and one Sviten Special table.

This is just one table shy of the number of tables running at the same time yesterday. There are more players filing into the casino and likely more tables will continue to open.

Finland's Sami Kontio qualified to the Cash Game Festival through a promotion at Guts.com. Earlier today, he shared that the catamaran trip was amazing and it seems like he is having fun on the poker tables as well.

He was just on the feature table and shared it was a good experience. He did say he played a bit tighter than normal and wasn't sure why. However, he was happy enough to book a profit of €100 before taking a break and joining another hold'em table.

Guts.com Poker Ambassador Silje Nilsen is laughing and having fun playing six-card pot-limit Omaha on the side table. She said any hand before the flop is a good hand.

Also recently arriving in the poker room is Betsson Poker Manager Marika Nowak, who is learning how to play Sviten Special. Guts.com Head of Poker Eirik Thorvaldsen, Sin Menis Melin and Jack Fenton are busy socializing with different people and having fun while Cash Game Festival regular Niklas Blomqvist and his friend Andreas Karlsson are all saying hello to their friends and shared they plan to get into the action soon.

David Lappin Joins the Feature Table

Unibet Poker Ambassador David Lappin just joined the feature table in place of Slovakia's Marian Murcek in Seat 6. Lappin joked around that his best poker achievement is "getting to sit with Espen Uhlen Joerstad on same feature table."

Joerstad, in Seat 1, is a fellow Unibet Poker Ambassador, so there could be pride on the line in addition to money at the feature table.

Six Tables Before Midnight

There are now six tables in action after another €2/€5 no-limit hold'em table opened. This ties yesterday's total for most tables running at the same time. There are plenty of players socializing in the casino, so the festival may witness yesterday's number surpassed before the night is over.

Michael Fletcher Lives Up to His Billing

There were many impressive players on the €2/€5 no-limit hold'em feature table that just ended. However, Cash Game Festival regular Michael Fletcher got top billing due to his dominating many aspects of the game.

Fletcher lived up to his reputation and secured the biggest win on the feature table with almost €650 in profit. Worth mentioning is that Unibet Ambassador David Lappin won almost as much despite joining the feature table halfway through the match.

Since viewers can see hole cards on the stream, it was asked why Fletcher is raising marginal holdings such as ten-two suited from under the gun. Fletcher told PokerNews after the match that, "I was already up a bit and wanted to keep my opponents on their toes."

He also shared that it felt good to be up on the feature table and was also happy to see his friend that came with him learning Sviten Special on a side table.
