Welcome to Day 2 of the Cash Game Festival Bulgaria at Platinum Casino, located steps away from the waves of the Black Sea in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.

Yesterday featured tons of action with a dozen tables running late into the night with many players still playing after the sun came up.

Today players with the hospitality package were treated to some fun sports activities on the beach. Free beer was of course provided and the players were visibly having a good time thanks to the great atmosphere created by the Cash Game Festival staff.

Many of the usual beach sports were played including volleyball and football. Some of the braver players took their chances on a very speedy banana boat. This was also entertaining for those that decided to just watch as some of the players had a tough time hanging on and staying on the boat.

The action at the tables is expected to be as hot as the weather is outside. In addition to players competing on at least a dozen tables, there will once again be two televised feature tables viewable on delay and with all hole cards displayed at 7 p.m. EEST and 10 p.m. EEST on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and in our coverage at PokerNews.

As was the case yesterday, Cash Game Festival's Henry Kilbane and PokerNews Editor Jason Glatzer will be hosting the commentary alongside special guest co-hosts.

Yesterday's big winner at the early €1/€3 hold'em feature table Youness Barakat will try to prove he isn't a one-trick pony and will be among the players competing at the early €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha feature table alongside Unibet Poker Ambassador Rauno "Estonian Jesus" Tahvonen, 32Red Poker qualifier Heykel Fattoumi, Cash Game Festival Dublin trophy winner Kevin Malone, and others.

Joining him will be two-time Cash Game Festival trophy winner and 32Red Poker qualifier Jon Kyte, who last night was in the commentary booth sharing expert analysis with the viewers.

Stay tuned at PokerNews as we provide the highlights of Day 2 of the Cash Game Festival Bulgaria.

Players Party Begins

The first of two players parties has just begun. We are told there is enough alcohol for at least 200 people, so plenty to go around. We will share pictures of the party later in our coverage.

Barakat Wins his Second Feature Table

Youness Barakat
Youness Barakat

On Day 1, Youness Barakat was the biggest winner at the €1/€3 no-limit hold'em feature table after booking a profit of €996 or (332 big blinds).

Barakat proved he isn't a one trick pony as he was the biggest winner at the €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha after walking away with €128 more than he started with.

While 64 big blinds isn't a huge amount, Barakat and others were involved in a few big pots. He won more pots that counted than he lost and holds the honor of becoming the first two-time feature table winner of this festival.

The action is on break and before long the €5/€5 no-limit hold'em feature table featuring Unibet Poker Ambassador Ian Simpson will begin.
