Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

On a heads-up completed board of 554K9, Ben Thomas led out for 15,700 into the pot of 25,000 and received a quick call from his opponent, Dennis Meisinger.

Thomas then showed A5 for flopped trips and Meisinger quickly mucked to award him the pot for a nice pickup.

Ashley Frank
Ashley Frank

After building a healthy stack, Ashley Frank got it all in once more against Karim Bevans, who slightly covered.

Ashley Frank: KK
Karim Bevans: AA

Unfortunately for Frank, her two kings were no match for Bevans' aces as the board ran out J249Q to send her to the rail while Bevans scored a big pot.

Ahmed Bahls Out with Kings

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

After a big raise preflop, Tahir Ahmed and Michael Bahls went to a flop of 473 and Bahls moved in for his last 22,500.

"You got aces?" Ahmed asked as he made the call.

"Oh, no, definitely not," Bahls responded as he flipped over KQ.

"Oh, I thought you had it," Ahmed replied as he flipped over KK to leave Bahls drawing only to running queens.

"That's ok, I was ready to rebuy anyway," Bahls said as the the runout of 66 sent him to the registration desk for another go.

Machen Calls with Kings

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

On a completed board that read J9AA3, there was around 18,000 in the middle when Brenda Clayton bet 10,000. The action was then on her heads-up opponent, Ethan Machen, who thought for a few seconds but made the call.

Clayton then flipped over 55 for two pair but Machen had a bigger holding with KK to take down the pot.

McEvoy Gets There on Moreno

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Andrew Moreno opened to 1,000 preflop and was three-bet by Aaron McEvoy to 2,700, which Moreno called.

On the flop of 993, Moreno checked to McEvoy who bet 1,600, but then Moreno check-raised him to 5,300, which called.

The turn came the 5 and Moreno led for 8,300, but then it was McEvoy's turn to raise again as he moved all in to cover.

Moreno thought about it for a few moments but ultimately made the call, putting himself at risk.

Andrew Moreno: 1010
Aaron McEvoy: QJ

Moreno made the right call as he was ahead with his pocket tens, but the river 5 was brutal as it gave McEvoy the flush to take down the substantial pot, eliminating Moreno.

Not to be deterred, Moreno headed straight to the registration desk and is back in the mix with a fresh stack.
