Voorhees Gets Cold Four-Bet Through

Adrian Buckley opened the action with a raise to 18,000 from the hijack. He was three-bet to 67,000 by Nick Pupillo, who was on the button. Matt Voorhees was in the big blind and announced he was all in.

Buckley asked for counts on both, with Voorhees' stack totaling 184,000. He thought for a while and then announced a fold, while still holding onto his cards for another second. He tossed them into the muck and Pupillo went into the tank for about 30 seconds, checking his cards before pushing them forward to muck them as well.

Buckley let out a sigh after Pupillo folded, saying he had folded jacks; meanwhile, Voorhees now finds himself with about 35 big blinds in front of him.

Dempsey, Kim, Graham Eliminated

David Kim was recently seen heading to the payout desk after being eliminated. He shoved the last of his chips preflop and Patrick Coleman woke up with pocket aces on his direct left, holding to secure the elimination.

A few minutes later, Ruth Graham was eliminated when she got her ace-jack all in preflop against the pocket tens of Steve Harvey and was unable to hold.

Johnathan Dempsey was also eliminated shortly after the break, prior to both Kim and Graham, bringing the total number of players left in the tournament down to 24.

Pupillo Sends Kadhem Home

Hassan Kadhem had just stood up and was shaking the tournament director's hand as Nick Pupillo was collecting the chips that were once his. According to the table, Kadhem shoved for 48,000 over a limper and Pupillo put in an isolation raise, going all in over the top of Kadhem. All remaining players folded.

Two Hands, Two Three-Bets

Adam Shenkin opened to 16,000 from the hijack and was three-bet to 35,000 by Randy Needens, who was on the button. Action folded back to Shenkin and he peeled. The flop came and Shenkin checked to Needens, who made a continuation-bet of 40,000. Shenkin thought for a bit and folded.

On the following hand, Bobby Sanoubane opened to 16,000 on the button and Ben Keeline announced he was all in from the small blind, taking down the pot after getting the two remaining folds he needed to do so.

Zoller Doubles Through Pupillo

There was around 90,000 in the pot on a board of and Nate Zoller had checked from the small blind to Nick Pupillo, who was on the button and announced he was all in. The bet size was for the effective 117,000 that Zoller had behind.

After two minutes in the tank, Zoller called.

Pupillo was astonished to see Zoller take as long as he did with a hand so strong. Zoller held as the river was a brick and he mentioned as he raked in his newly acquired chips that one thing that crossed his mind in the middle of his thought process was that his decision would have probably been a snap-call for every other person at the table. Nonetheless, he finds himself back in comfortable position, while Pupillo now becomes one of the shortest stacks in the room.

Voorhees Busts Pupillo

Nick Pupillo shoved all in from the hijack and action folded around to Matt Voorhees in the small blind, who announced he was all in over the top of Pupillo. Samuel Uhlmann was in the big blind and got out of their way, making it time to turn up the cards for the runout.

Pupillo was in need of pairing up or better in order to stay in the tournament. The flop came , leaving him drawing insanely slim to either running eights or running nines. The turn left him drawing dead as the river fell to make the hand official as Voorhees raked in the pot, bringing him close to the half-million mark in chips.

Uhlmann and Martie Eliminated
