Eddie Konarske was all in from middle position on a board of and had gotten a call from Barb Visher, who was in early position.
Eddie Konarske:
Barb Visher:
Visher had flopped top pair with a flush draw and found herself needing to fade the final two fives in the deck to secure another knockout. The turn and river came to seal the deal, leaving Konarske getting up from his chair and wishing everybody good luck as he made his way out of the tournament area.

On the hand just before break, Michael O'Toole limped in from under the gun and Andrew Dea raised to 13,000 from early position. Action folded around to Barb Visher, who three-bet to 19,000 in the small blind (she later said she only saw 8,000 in front of Dea when talking about the action preflop). O'Toole then went over the top of both of them, putting his last 79,000 into the pot.
O'Dea thought for a bit, verbally reciting the action that had transpired, and ultimately decided to fold. Visher then found herself with a decision and called after a few moments in the tank.
Michael O'Toole:
Barb Visher:
The board ran out , giving Visher Broadway on the turn and sending O'Toole home just before the first break of the day. With the pot, Visher now finds herself north of a half-million in chips.

The remaining 42 players are on a 15-minute break.
There was around 38,000 in the pot from preflop action that saw Al Hart open from the hijack and receive calls from Patrick Suzuki on the button and Aaron Meyer in the big blind.
The flop was and Meyer checked. Hart made a continuation-bet of 15,000 and Suzuki called. Meyer then put in a check-raise to 40,000 and Hart came over the top, three-betting to 90,000. Suzuki thought for a bit and put in chips to call. Meyer then folded.
The turn came and Hart checked to Suzuki, who put in 35,000. Hart made the call. The river fell and Hart checked to Suzuki again. Suzuki announced he was all in, effectively for around 132,000, and Hart folded, resulting in Suzuki winning the huge pot without showdown.

Johnathan Dempsey opened to 10,000 from under the gun and was called by Lawrence Brink in middle position. Action folded around to MIke Itoafa, who was on the button, and called as well. Elenna Martinez defended her big blind to take action four ways to the flop .
Martinez was first to act and went all in for around 40,000. Dempsey then went all in over the top of her and Brink called off his remaining chips, which totaled close to that of Martinez. Itoafa folded and the three turned up their hands.
Elenna Martinez:
Johnathan Dempsey:
Lawrence Brink:
Martinez found her flopped top pair up against Dempsey's kings, and they both found themselves behind Brink's aces. Brink held as the turn and river came and he scooped both pots, sending Martinez to the rail in the meantime.

After entering the day near the top of the chip counts, Greg Geller's seat has been vacated. Steve Wilkie was spotted with a mountain of chips and said that the damage was done over two hands.
The first hand of the two saw Wilkie call a raise from Geller with . He check-called Geller's continuation-bet on an ace-high flop with one diamond. The turn brought a second diamond and he check-called a second barrel. The river brought a third diamond to give him the nut flush and he checked to Geller a one last time. Geller fired a third barrel for 60,000 and Wilkie clicked it back, putting in 120,000.
Geller went into the tank for what was said to be close to two minutes before calling and showing , which proved to be no good at showdown.
Geller then opened from the hijack and Wilkie defended his small blind. Wilkie then led out for 20,000 on the flop and Geller called, leaving himself around 80,000 behind. The turn came and Wilkie bet 60,000. Geller shoved and Wilkie called.
Greg Geller:
Steve Wilkie:
Gellers flopped trips were up against Wilkie's flopped full house. He was in need of improving to aces full to stay alive and got nothing but dust on the river, resulting in his elimination from the tournament.
WIlkie also added that he was the culprit of both Kevin Palmer and Chris Mueller's eliminations as well, making Geller his third bounty of the day, long before the first break has come.
