Players are now on their second and final break of Day 1b. When they return they will be playing two more blind levels before bagging chips.

PokerNews is scheduled to interview Estonia's Carmen-Elina Vist about her day and how she has managed to run her stack up to 115,000.

Reigass Delivers a Major Cooler to Sidark with Quads

Level 7 : 300/600, 75 ante
Gatis Reigass

With already a decent amount of chips in the middle, Amanda Sidark bet 8,000 on the turn with the board reading {7-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{7-Clubs}{8-Spades} and Gatis Reigass called.

Sidark fired out for 12,000 after the {7-Spades} completed the board on the river, which barely covered the stack of Reigass.

Reigass was apologizing as he was turning over {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for quad sevens. Sidark appeared to be in shock and took her time before she showed she turned a boat holding {8-}{8-}.

After the hand, Johannes Park, who is also at the table laughed and said, "I have already entered four times."

"So have I," said Reigass before adding he was joking.

Four entries might be a charm for Park, however, who in his last big live tournament did the same and appeared at the final table.

Blinds have just gone up to 400/800 with an ante of 100. The Day 1b field has grown to 259 and will likely get a few more players before surviving players bag and tag chips.

Kim Christensen With a Huge Stack

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

The entire tournament room is packed. When looking around to see who has the biggest stack, one player stood out the most.

Kim Christensen has a huge stack of blue 5,000 denominated chips with an estimated stack of 220,000. Assuming he doesn't lose chips during the next 30 minutes or other players don't catch up he will likely end the day as not only the Day 1b chip leader, but also the overall chip leader to start Day 2.

Stenbo Cracks Damli's Aces Again

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante
Tone Damli
Tone Damli

Earlier in the tournament, Christjan Kay Stenbo with pocket twos cracked Tone Damli's aces in post-flop action after a two spike the flop.

Lightning struck twice against Damli. She got it all-in again, this time preflop, against Stenbo who was holding queens. A queen spiked the board for her opponent and Damli has been eliminated from the tournament.

Damli shared that she will not reenter today and will likely focus on one or more of the many side events hosted at the Coolbet Open.
