Not a Good Two Hands for Jamsen

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

Timo Jamsen hasn't had the best start of the day and is down to 20,000 in chips after losing two hands in a short span.

In the first hand, Eero Lehtinen three-bet to 1,600 from the small blind and got a call from Jamsen who was the early position opener.

Lehtinen continued for 1,200 after the {5-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{j-Hearts} came on the flop and got a call. Both players checked after the {8-Diamonds} came on the turn.

Lehtinen then fired out for an almost pot-sized bet of 5,200 and got a quick call from Jamsen. Lehtinen turned over {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} to beat the {q-Clubs}{q-Spades} exposed by Jannsen.

A few minutes later, Jamsen three-bet from the small blind to 1,500 and got a call from Dino Dimler, who was unsuccessful in bagging a stack yesterday. Jamsen fired out a continuation bet of 1,500 after the {q-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} came on the flop and got a call. Both players checked after the {4-Diamonds} came on the turn. Jannsen then gave up on the hand by check-folding a bet of 2,000 from his opponent after the {9-Hearts} came on the river.

Komissarov Shows a Bluff

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

With about 2,000 in the pot, Odd Levi Paulsen check-called a bet of 1,500 from Anton Komissarov after the {3-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{7-Spades} came on the flop.

Another check-call came from Paulsen, this time for 3,000, after the {8-Spades} came on the turn. The {9-Spades} came on the river adding a fourth spade to the board. Paulsen once again checked and Komissarov fired out for 5,200.

Paulsen paused for a moment before he folded. Komissarov held onto his cards for a moment before he turned over {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} to show the table his bluff.

Iglesias and Other Familiar Names in the Field

Level 3 : 75/150, 0 ante

Steven Iglesias is among the players in the field. He is legally blind and shared with PokerNews last night while playing the €330 side event that he was crushing poker before he lost his eyesight and now has an assistant while he plays both live and online to let him know the cards and action.

He explained it helped to have a great memory as he can get tells on players without seeing them.

He also said in the past there was online poker software that provided enough audio for blind players to enjoy online action without being able to see the screen. There are no major operators that currently provide this for blind players, so listen up if you are in the industry as you can help Iglesias and others in his situation play at ease.

Sivertsen Raises the River

Level 3 : 75/150, 0 ante

Bjorn Stormer bet 3,400 into a pot of 7,000 with the {3-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs} on the board. Vegard Sivertsen went into the tank for at least two minutes before he decided to raise to 7,400.
