One hand after the previous elimination, Anders Bjorkheim made it 120,000 to go in the hijack. Einar Thorolfsson three-bet to 360,000 with 1.7 million behind and Bjorkheim then pulled the trigger with a four-bet shove.

Thorolfsson was certainly not loving life but he made the call for 2.1 million total to find himself in a decent shape.

The 8♣7♥5♦ flop gave Bjorkheim bottom pair and he made trips with the 5♠ turn. No jack came thereafter but the 8♠ river, as Bjorkheim scored another knockout to cement his lead. Thorolfsson as the last Coolbet qualifier earned €10,300 for his efforts.

Anders Bjorkheim raised to 160,000 with the K♥10♦ and Keimo Suominen called with the 9♥9♣ in the next seat. Vadim Guk jammed the big blind with the A♠9♦ for 780,000 and both his opponents called.

The two active players checked to the J♠6♦4♥K♣Q♦ river, on which Bjorkheim bet 450,000 with his top pair. Suominen reluctantly folded and Guk was sent to the payout desk in fifth place for €13,550, while Bjorkheim soared further ahead of the competition with four players remaining.

After a short break, the final three players returned to their seats and small tussles emerged.

Anders Bjorkheim then raised the button to 325,000 with the K♥2♠ and Seyed Tabaei called in the big blind with the 9♠9♣. On the J♠J♦2♦ flop, Tabaei bet 400,000 and Bjorkheim called.

The 3♠ on the turn brought another bet worth 800,000 by Tabaei with 1.2 million behind and Bjorkheim reluctantly called, as they headed to the 2♣ on the river.

Bjorkheim improved to bottom full house and Tabaei moved all-in for the rest of it. The Norwegian shook his head initially but made the call to knock out Tabaei in third place for €22,000.

There will be another short break of around eight minutes before the heads-up duel is set to get underway.

The A♦6♦4♦ flop left Suominen with a mountain to climb. It was all over after the A♣ turn and the 10♠ river officially ended the tournament after more than ten and a half hours on the final day.

Suominen put on a master class to make it to heads-up and cashes for €30,550 while Bjorkheim earned the winner's trophy and top prize of €50,000.
