Kaido Mikk raised to 20,000 on the button and Einar Porolfsson called in the small blind. Laasik Kasso three-bet to 100,000 in the big blind and Mikk was the only caller.

On the K♣7♦5♣ flop, Kasso continued for 50,000 and Mikk called, then did so again for 100,000 on the 9♠ turn. The river brought the 6♣ and Kasso jammed, Mikk tank-folded.

While the long hand played out, Ott-Kaarli Toome was eliminated on a different table to leave Mikk as the only former champion still in the mix.

In the meanwhile, Esko Brandt and Daniel Axelsson became contenders for the lead. Brandt raised big on the A♠J♠8♣J♦ turn against Vadim Guk, who bet 85,000 and folded to a raise worth 250,000. Brandt showed the K♠Q♠ for a gutshot straight and flush draw.
