Back-to-Back Kings for Ensan
Level 23
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Hossein Ensan raised to 420,000 on the button. "Sonic" defended his big blind with a call, and check-jammed over Ensan's bet of 425,000 on the Q♣3♠A♥ flop.
A frustrated Ensan immediately folded his K♥K♣7♠6♦ face up to forfeit the pot.
The next hand, Ensan made it 420,000 again. "Sonic" tossed in another call, and Andreas Thelin joined the party in the big blind. It checked to Ensan on the Q♠3♦4♦ flop, and he quickly moved all in for 1,090,000.
"Sonic" pushed in a call, prompting Thelin to get out of the way.
Hossein Ensan: K♠K♥4♣2♥
"Sonic": Q♦J♠9♥2♦
The board-pairing 3♠ turn was good for Ensan, diminishing "Sonic"s out significantly. The 5♣ river was of no help to the anonymous player, seeing Ensan double up to remain in contention.
